About Kathleen

Kathleen Goss believes in the power of home. Before starting her real estate career, Kathleen spent 15 years as an award-winning leader in the retail business, heading record-breaking sales teams at high-profile companies such as Nordstrom and Pottery Barn. During this time, she honed the professional expertise that made her transition to real estate seamless: stellar customer service, a keen ability to anticipate client needs, seasoned negotiating skills, and marketing savvy. Kathleen is a dedicated problem solver who is laser-focused on delivering results for buyers and sellers. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®).

Kathleen has lived in The Woodlands since 2015. She has school-aged children in the Conroe Independent School District and sports leagues, so she’s well-versed in the area’s neighborhoods, school systems, restaurants, local events and businesses. She’s active in the community, including the school PTO, and keeps herself on top of market trends. Whether you’re buying a first-time home, upsizing, investing, or building from dirt, Kathleen has a range of experience, from starter homes to multimillion-dollar estates.

Kathleen grew up Napa, CA and completed her B.A. in Political Science and Economics at the College of Notre Dame in Maryland in Baltimore. She came to TX after living in the San Francisco Bay Area from 2004-2015. In her down time, she enjoys reading, meditating and regularly working out at Pure Barre.
